– Dental Nurse
I qualified as a dental nurse in 2016. I completed my training in an NHS practice but wanted to widen my skill set and knowledge, so I decided to to work in a specialist referral practice. I have worked along side specialist clinicians for 6 years which I throughly enjoy. My main nurse role has been as a specialist endodontic nurse but I also have experience within oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, sedation and cosmetic dentistry.
I am always looking wanting to learn and I have completed post qualifications in Radiography, oral hygiene education, impression taking and in-house training using intra oral scanner. I also have experience as a treatment co ordinator which I really enjoy as I like building a rapport and relationships with patients and clinicians and being apart of the patient journey.
I have recently this year joined the Sunlight/Sandstone team which I absolutely love as I get to work alongside with some great people!
In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends socialising, going the gym and taking my dog (Hector) on lovely walks and days out!
